Client Brief

We were instructed to improve the team dynamics in an executive leadership team responsible for a division of a global agribusiness.

 

Method

We administered group and individual leadership assessment instruments to all directors to get a benchmark for their leadership style. We then held individual coaching sessions with each director. We ran workshops for the executive team to address the issues that were affecting the quality of their interactions.

 

Outcomes

There was a marked improvement in team dynamics and in the leadership style of each director.
